All the people and institutions concerned could download the Annual Report on the problems related to drugs and drug addictions in Bulgaria – 2010, prepared by the National Focal Point with the help of dozens of colleagues and friends from practically all the institutions working with the problem and adopted by the National Council on Drugs at its first regular session in 2011.
